He is responsible for personnel management, processing of administrative, financial, material, and property files of the Embassy. He is the credit manager and is responsible for liaison with the special services of the Department of State as well as the general supervision of the activities of the administrative and technical staff.
The Minister Counselor : Mr. Abel AGBEBLEO.
The Head of Chancellery : Mr. Osseni YAROU

The Cultural Attaché : Sir
It is responsible for issuing consular documents, relations with the Beninese communities in Qatar, and protocol. It is also responsible for organizing cultural activities, social activities promoting women and the family, decentralized cooperation, relations with universities, and public commitments.
The Financial Attaché: Madam Clotilde Poovi Dotoe GABA DATONDJI.
She is responsible for the Embassy's accounting. In this capacity, she collects revenue and pays expenses. She ensures the proper maintenance of the Embassy's accounts and acts as financial controller.
