Signing of loan agreement between Benin and the Islamic Development Bank (#‎IDB)

The President of the Islamic Development Bank, HE Dr. Ahmad Mohamed Ali Al Madani, and the Beninese State, represented by the Minister of State for Planning and Development, Abdoulaye Bio Tchané, signed a loan agreement relating to the Beterou-Tchaourou-Nigeria border road.
